Se dar\u00e1 \u00e9nfasis en la fase de reutilizaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda circular, con tal de reutilizar m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos y darle una segunda vida. As\u00ed, es necesario, en primera instancia una inspecci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica visual para determinar la integridad de dichos m\u00f3dulos. Para ello se requiere, por un lado, fortalecer la infraestructura de pruebas existente y por otro, generar un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de O&amp;M en sistemas fotovoltaicos, para los liceos t\u00e9cnicos de las comunas de la Regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta.<\/p><p>Con esto se busca generar nuevas capacidades para la generaci\u00f3n de empleos \u201cverdes\u201d; la equidad energ\u00e9tica; y apoyar los objetivos regionales del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n con enfoque de econom\u00eda circular<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de este proyecto se busca fortalecer las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas del personal en la comuna de Taltal, en lo referente a operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, con tal de permitir el uso de m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos descartados como alternativa para la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en la comuna de Taltal.<\/p><p><span id=\"17_7d4ba612-8b27-4652-82e6-f95a95fae4d1\" class=\"description-text-style elementor-element-75f605db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75f605db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El potencial solar existente en el norte de Chile ha permitido el desarrollo de la energ\u00eda solar focalizado en la regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta. Actualmente, existen m\u00e1s de 3\u00a0GW de plantas fotovoltaicas (FV) instaladas en Chile para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y se espera un crecimiento mayor para cubrir las demandas de los proyectos de hidr\u00f3geno solar. No obstante, las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas del Desierto de Atacama provocan una degradaci\u00f3n acelerada de los materiales que componen un m\u00f3dulo FV, de forma tal que los niveles alcanzados ponen en entredicho la fiabilidad de las pruebas de est\u00e1ndar industrial en la fabricaci\u00f3n de dichos dispositivos para esta regi\u00f3n del planeta. Dado que los proyectos FV en Chile son recientes, s\u00f3lo se tiene registro de fallas de a lo m\u00e1s de la mitad de la vida \u00fatil de estos dispositivos.<\/p><p>En la regi\u00f3n se han presentado y se esperan que los m\u00f3dulos FV descartados aumenten, empezando a ser un problema para las empresas operadoras de plantas FV debido al t\u00e9rmino de garant\u00edas y bajas anticipadas en la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. As\u00ed, existe motivaci\u00f3n para verificar la posibilidad de reutilizar estos m\u00f3dulos en aplicaciones de 2da vida. Para ello es necesario realizar una serie de an\u00e1lisis y pruebas que permiten determinar la calidad y seguridad de estos dispositivos; ensayos de aislaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, electroluminiscencia (EL), y termograf\u00eda infrarroja (IRT).<\/p><p>Hoy en d\u00eda, los t\u00e9cnicos formados no cuentan con los conocimientos necesarios para evaluar buenas condiciones de instalaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento (O&amp;M) de los sistemas fotovoltaicos. Esto repercute en m\u00f3dulos da\u00f1ados en el transporte e instalaci\u00f3n, y\/o m\u00f3dulos retirados por fallas antes del a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n entre otros problemas de O&amp;M. La comuna de Taltal se ha potenciado en inserci\u00f3n de proyectos fotovoltaicos y e\u00f3licos, los cuales est\u00e1n presentando m\u00f3dulos descartados los cuales, luego de inspecciones visuales y ensayos de laboratorio podr\u00edan emplearse en aplicaciones varias con requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos y otros usos de estos m\u00f3dulos. Esto genera una oportunidad para formar a formadores y PYMEs con dichas herramientas para aprovechar este nicho que puede aportar a la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la Antofagasta. Actualmente, existen m\u00e1s de 3\u00a0GW de plantas fotovoltaicas (FV) instaladas en Chile para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y se espera un crecimiento mayor para cubrir las demandas de los proyectos de hidr\u00f3geno solar. No obstante, las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas del Desierto de Atacama provocan una degradaci\u00f3n acelerada de los materiales que componen un m\u00f3dulo FV, de forma tal que los niveles alcanzados ponen en entredicho la fiabilidad de las pruebas de est\u00e1ndar industrial en la fabricaci\u00f3n de dichos dispositivos para esta regi\u00f3n del planeta. Dado que los proyectos FV en Chile son recientes, s\u00f3lo se tiene registro de fallas de a lo m\u00e1s de la mitad de la vida \u00fatil de estos dispositivos.<\/p><p>En la regi\u00f3n se han presentado y se esperan que los m\u00f3dulos FV descartados aumenten, empezando a ser un problema para las empresas operadoras de plantas FV debido al t\u00e9rmino de garant\u00edas y bajas anticipadas en la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. As\u00ed, existe motivaci\u00f3n para verificar la posibilidad de reutilizar estos m\u00f3dulos en aplicaciones de 2da vida. Para ello es necesario realizar una serie de an\u00e1lisis y pruebas que permiten determinar la calidad y seguridad de estos dispositivos; ensayos de aislaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, electroluminiscencia (EL), y termograf\u00eda infrarroja (IRT).<\/p><p>Hoy en d\u00eda, los t\u00e9cnicos formados no cuentan con los conocimientos necesarios para evaluar buenas condiciones de instalaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento (O&amp;M) de los sistemas fotovoltaicos. Esto repercute en m\u00f3dulos da\u00f1ados en el transporte e instalaci\u00f3n, y\/o m\u00f3dulos retirados por fallas antes del a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n entre otros problemas de O&amp;M. La comuna de Taltal se ha potenciado en inserci\u00f3n de proyectos fotovoltaicos y e\u00f3licos, los cuales est\u00e1n presentando m\u00f3dulos descartados los cuales, luego de inspecciones visuales y ensayos de laboratorio podr\u00edan emplearse en aplicaciones varias con requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos y otros usos de estos m\u00f3dulos. En este sentido, a pesar de que un diodo de derivaci\u00f3n defectuoso o una cinta de interconexi\u00f3n de celdas defectuosa en el m\u00f3dulo FV podr\u00eda provocar un incendio, hay muy poco trabajo local realizado para detectar estos defectos de forma f\u00e1cil y fiable en el sistema. As\u00ed, son varias las instituciones e investigadores que sugieren se contin\u00fae con la revisi\u00f3n de los fallos de los m\u00f3dulos FV para distintos escenarios y condiciones clim\u00e1ticas (IEA-PVPS T13-01:2014; Jordan et al., 2016; Rabanal-Arabach, 2019). Como consecuencia, esto repercute en m\u00f3dulos da\u00f1ados en el transporte e instalaci\u00f3n, y\/o m\u00f3dulos retirados por fallas antes del a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n, entre otros problemas de O&amp;M.<\/p><p>La comuna de Taltal se ha potenciado por la inserci\u00f3n de proyectos fotovoltaicos, los cuales est\u00e1n presentando m\u00f3dulos FV descartados. Estos m\u00f3dulos, luego de inspecciones visuales y ensayos de laboratorio, podr\u00edan emplearse en aplicaciones varias con requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos, as\u00ed como en otros usos pr\u00e1cticos. Con lo cual, se genera una oportunidad para desarrollar a formadores y PYMEs con dichas herramientas, y as\u00ed aprovechar este nicho que puede aportar a la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la Se dar\u00e1 \u00e9nfasis en la fase de reutilizaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda circular, con tal de reutilizar m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos y darle una segunda vida. As\u00ed, es necesario, en primera instancia una inspecci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica visual para determinar la integridad de dichos m\u00f3dulos. Para ello se requiere, por un lado, fortalecer la infraestructura de pruebas existente y por otro, generar un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de O&amp;M en sistemas fotovoltaicos, para los liceos t\u00e9cnicos de las comunas de la Regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta. Con esto se busca generar nuevas capacidades para la generaci\u00f3n de empleos \u201cverdes\u201d; la equidad energ\u00e9tica; y apoyar los objetivos regionales del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n con enfoque de econom\u00eda circular A trav\u00e9s de este proyecto se busca fortalecer las capacidades t\u00e9cnicas del personal en la comuna de Taltal, en lo referente a operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, con tal de permitir el uso de m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos descartados como alternativa para la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en la comuna de Taltal. RESUMEN El potencial solar existente en el norte de Chile ha permitido el desarrollo de la energ\u00eda solar focalizado en la regi\u00f3n de Antofagasta. Actualmente, existen m\u00e1s de 3&nbsp;GW de plantas fotovoltaicas (FV) instaladas en Chile para la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y se espera un crecimiento mayor para cubrir las demandas de los proyectos de hidr\u00f3geno solar. No obstante, las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas del Desierto de Atacama provocan una degradaci\u00f3n acelerada de los materiales que componen un m\u00f3dulo FV, de forma tal que los niveles alcanzados ponen en entredicho la fiabilidad de las pruebas de est\u00e1ndar industrial en la fabricaci\u00f3n de dichos dispositivos para esta regi\u00f3n del planeta. Dado que los proyectos FV en Chile son recientes, s\u00f3lo se tiene registro de fallas de a lo m\u00e1s de la mitad de la vida \u00fatil de estos dispositivos. En la regi\u00f3n se han presentado y se esperan que los m\u00f3dulos FV descartados aumenten, empezando a ser un problema para las empresas operadoras de plantas FV debido al t\u00e9rmino de garant\u00edas y bajas anticipadas en la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. Esto ha derivado en una gran cantidad de m\u00f3dulos FV prematuramente descartados, los cuales podr\u00edan ser reutilizados en otras aplicaciones de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda a menores escalas, u otros usos; una 2da vida. Es m\u00e1s, la Ley 20.920 de Responsabilidad Extendida del Productor y Fomento al Reciclaje (REP) hace responsable a las empresas generadoras por la gesti\u00f3n de residuos, recuperaci\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de los m\u00f3dulos FV descartados. As\u00ed, existe motivaci\u00f3n para verificar la posibilidad de reutilizar estos m\u00f3dulos en aplicaciones de 2da vida. Para ello es necesario realizar una serie de an\u00e1lisis y pruebas que permiten determinar la calidad y seguridad de estos dispositivos; ensayos de aislaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, electroluminiscencia (EL), y termograf\u00eda infrarroja (IRT). Hoy en d\u00eda, los t\u00e9cnicos formados no cuentan con los conocimientos necesarios para evaluar buenas condiciones de instalaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento (O&amp;M) de los sistemas fotovoltaicos. Esto repercute en m\u00f3dulos da\u00f1ados en el transporte e instalaci\u00f3n, y\/o m\u00f3dulos retirados por fallas antes del a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n entre otros problemas de O&amp;M. La comuna de Taltal se ha potenciado en inserci\u00f3n de proyectos fotovoltaicos y e\u00f3licos, los cuales est\u00e1n presentando m\u00f3dulos descartados los cuales, luego de inspecciones visuales y ensayos de laboratorio podr\u00edan emplearse en aplicaciones varias con requerimientos energ\u00e9ticos y otros usos de estos m\u00f3dulos.
